Spinal Fusion

The Minuteman® Procedure

What symptoms can lead to a spinal fusion procedure?

A spinal fusion is considered when a patient is experiencing spinal problems. Pain in the back and spine can include stiffness, restriction of range of motion, posture instability, muscle spasms, notable loss of functions, and more.

What is a Spinal Fusion?

A spinal fusion is a procedure done surgically where extra bone is placed between two or more vertebrae to join them permanently into one bone and eliminate the space. The spinal fusion removes the mobility between the two vertebrae.

The Minuteman® is a minimally invasive, interspinous-interlaminar fusion device intended for the fixation and stabilization of the thoracic, lumbar, and sacral spine while awaiting bony fusion to occur.
