Since the most common flavors of protein are bought in chocolate or vanilla, we have recipes for both for your choosing. We recommend to keep your chocolate recipes sweet and use the vanilla to sweeten up a fruity mix!
Vanilla Berry Protein Smoothie
Just combine the ingredients below in a blender and enjoy!
- 1 ½ cups yogurt or milk of choice
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup strawberry, frozen
- 1 cup blueberry, frozen
- ½ cup raspberry, frozen
- ½ cup blackberry, frozen
Chunky Monkey Protein Smoothie
This classic combination is DELICIOUS! Combine in a blender and enjoy.
- 1 ½ cups yogurt or milk of choice
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon chocolate cocoa powder
- 2 bananas, frozen
We suggest alternating between the two if you like both so that you don’t get tired of either!
